Basement and accent walls
Basement bars and accent walls in a day.
A stone feature wall turns a finished basement, bar or media room into the room people remember. Panels go straight over drywall with adhesive and screws, and the room is usable that night.
Over drywall, no prep
Panels install over painted drywall or plywood. Find the studs, snap a level line, and work from the bottom up. There is no scratch coat, no dust from cutting stone and no mortar to clean off the floor.
Outlets, TVs and lighting
Plan outlets and TV mounts first: add blocking behind the drywall where a TV will hang and use box extenders so devices sit flush with the panel face. Panels can be cut for recessed lights, switches and wall sconces with a jigsaw.
Budget
A typical 12 ft by 8 ft accent wall is about 96 sq ft, or around 27 panels with waste. Use the calculator to compare against manufactured veneer for your wall.
